DISCOVERY DAY Sign up at the information table, mark it on the back of your Communication Card on Sunday's or call the church office. Go to www.placeministries.org to complete your PLACE profile. The results will be discussed in the 301 class. Discovery 101: "Discovering Church Membership"
This is the class you take to meet new people and to learn exactly who North Point Community Church is, and if it is the right church home for you. There is no obligation or pressure to join the church! This simply presents you with the facts and the opportunity to make the decision at that time or in the future.
Discovery 201: "Discovering the Basics of Spiritual Maturity"
The purpose of this class is to help you develop the skills and habits (spiritual disciplines) necessary for spiritual growth and maturity. (This class is for members who have completed Discovery 101.)
Discovery 301: "Discovering My Spiritual Place"
PLACE is a process to help individuals discover how they have been uniquely designed by God with their personality, spiritual gifts, and
abilities and then realizing what God has been doing in their lives through their passion areas and experiences of life. Through the PLACE process, people discover that God has created and gifted them with a unique capacity to serve others. We ask everyone take the web based assessment at http://www.placeministries.org prior to attending Discovery 301. The cost is $5. The results will be discussed in class.
